Tossed Lasagna
Southwestern Salad
Ice Cream with Chocolate Syrup
Tossed lasagna:
1lb Ground Beef
1 onion, chopped
1 Pkg Bow tie noodles
16 oz. Cottage Cheese
2 Cups Cheese

Cook pasta according to directions.  Brown hamburger and onions together in a deep frying pan.  Combine all ingredients together, reserving ½ cup cheese, and toss.  If desired transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. 

Southwestern Salad:
3 cups shredded romaine
1 small chopped roma tomato
½ can or corn
½ can black beans
3 green onions
½ cup cheddar cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup salsa
2 teaspoons lime juice
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ cup fresh minced cilantro

For dressing, in a bowl, combine mayonnaise, salsa, lime juice, cumin and chili powder.  Stir in cilantro.
