Taco Soup
Rolls
Chocolate Caramel Rolo Cookies with Milk

Taco Soup
1 lb Hamburger 1 onion chopped
1 quart tomato juice
1 large can corn
1 can kidney beans
½ packet of Taco seasoning (or to your personal liking)

First brown the hamburger. Put the chopped onion in the pan with meat while browning the hamburger. Once it’s browned, add the rest of the ingredients into the pan. It is ready to be served as soon as it has heated up.
You can also put shredded cheese, sour cream, and Fritos in your individual bowls, to your own liking.


Chocolate Caramel Rolo Cookies
2 ½ c. flour
¾ c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c margarine
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

1 Tbls. Sugar

In large mixing bowl add sugar, brown sugar, margarine, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix together until well blended
Add flour, cocoa and baking soda and mix well.
Refrigerate and chill dough for 30 minutes.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place 1 rolo in the center of each dough ball. Form dough ball around the majority of the rolo.
Roll each dough ball in sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes
Let cool on pan for 1 minute, then take off and place on cookie cooling rack.
