Chilli
Twisted Breadsticks
Cream Puffs with Pudding and Whipped Cream

Chili
1 Pound Ground Beef
1- 29 ounce Can Tomato Sauce
1- 29 ounce Can Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
1- 29 ounce Can Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed
1 Cup Diced Onion
½ Cup Diced Green Pepper
¼ Cup Diced Celery
3 Chopped Medium Tomatoes
2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Salt
2 Cups Water

Combine ingredients in crock pot, stirring occasionally. Cook on high till vegetables are tender (about 4 hours).
*Serves 6-8 People

Twisted Breadsticks
2 Packages Active Dry Yeast
2 Cups Warm Water
4 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Egg, Beaten
2 Cups Milk, Scalded and Cooled
4 teaspoons Salt
5 Tablespoons Shortening
12 Cups Flour
¼ Cup Butter
Parm. Cheese
Garlic Salt-To Taste

Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, egg, milk, salt, shortening and half of the flour. Mix well. Add enough of the remaining flour to make the dough easy to handle. Knead 10 minutes (if using a bread mixer, add only enough flour to clean the sides of the mixing bowl. Mix on high for 6 minutes). Cover and let rise until double. Punch down and shape into the breadsticks.
Roll into 12-14 inch ropes then twist left side of rope up while twisting right side of rope down. When you put the ends together the breadstick will twist itself. Place on greased baking sheet, cover and let rise till doubled in size. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 12-14 minutes. Pull out of oven and immediately brush tops with melted butter. Season tops with your choice of herbs, garlic, and cheeses.
*Makes 30 Breadsticks
Cream Puffs 
1 Cup Water
½ Cup Butter
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Flour
4 Eggs
Whipped Cream, Pudding, Ice Cream, Powder Sugar

In a medium saucepan combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to boil. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously. Cook and stir till dough forms a ball. Remove from the heat. Cool 10 Minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with a wooden spoon after each egg.
Drop dough by heaping Tablespoons to make 12 puffs onto a greased baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
Cut tops off puffs, fill with Whipping Cream, Pudding, Ice Cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
*Makes 12 Puffs

 Pudding
6 Cups Cold Milk (2 cups per box)
3 Small Boxes Pudding- Chocolate
                                      White Chocolate
                                      Banana Cream

Add 2 Cups cold milk to one box of pudding. Whisk together till creamy, set in fridge.
