Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Garlic Bread

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
  Sauce
1/2 C butter
1/4 C Shredded Parmesan
1/4 C Milk
1 pkg. (8 oz) Cream Cheese

1 box Fettucini Noodles
1-2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 C Broccoli
1 can (8oz) Mountain Dew
Garlic Powder
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Bread

Mix all ingredients for sauce in small sauce pan. Stir continuously on low-medium heat until smooth.

Slice chicken into desired size chunks. Put into small pan with Mountain Dew enough to cover it. Season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper enough to cover each piece generously. Keep on heat until thoroughly cooked. Coat in parmesan cheese and cover. 

In microwave safe bowl put broccoli and 2 tbs water. cover and heat for 2 minutes or until tender. Add parmesan if desired.

Cook noodles in separate pot.

Mix all ingredients together, plate, and serve.

Garlic Bread 
Butter 
French Bread, apply 
Garlic Powder and 
Oregano generously, add 
Parmesan if desired. 


Broil at 500 degrees until golden brown.
