Chicken Alfredo
With Broccoli and Fettuccine
Crumb Dessert

Chicken Alfredo

1 package of frozen broccoli
3 tbsp sweet butter
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
¼ tsp white pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup mozzarella cheese
1 (12 ounces) box of fettuccine noodles
4-5 Chicken Breasts

Sauce:
Melt butter in medium saucepan with olive oil over medium/low heat. Add the garlic, cream, white pepper and bring mixture to a simmer. Stir often. Add Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is smooth. When sauce has thickened add the Mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth. STIR FREQUENTLY. While the sauce cooks, boil noodle for 3-5 mins and steam broccoli.

Chicken: Grill on indoor grill and chop into large pieces.
MIX TOGETHER-Sauce-Chicken-Broccoli- Top with a little Parmesan Cheese.

Crumb Dessert

5 Ingredients:
½ cup butter or margarine; chilled
1 package of yellow cake mix
I bag frozen; or 2 cups fresh cherry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry pie fill
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Whipped cream or ice cream

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cut butter into cake mix as for pastry dough. Set aside 1 cup. Pat remaining crumbs into the bottom and up the side of a 13in x 9in x 2in greased baking pan. Spread pie filling or fruit crust. Combine walnuts with reserved crumbs, sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
