Chicken Coleslaw
Crab Puffs with Sweet and Sour Sauce
Cheese Cake with Blueberry Topping

Chicken Coleslaw
1 small bag of coleslaw 
1 bottle of coleslaw dressing
1 large chicken breast (cooked)
1 can of mandarin oranges

Dice chicken; add to bag of coleslaw.  Stir in dressing and mix well.  Carefully stir in mandarin oranges.


Crab Puffs
1 block of cream cheese
1 pack of imitation crab meat
1 pack of wonton wraps 
Sweet and Sour sauce
Oil to fry.

Mix crab meat into cream cheese.  Place a spoonful on each wonton wrap.  Fold and seal edges.  Fry in hot oil.  Serve with sweet and sour sauce.

Cheese Cake
1 block of cream cheese
1 packet of Dream Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 can of fruit pie filling


Soften cream cheese slightly.  With an electric beater, mix together cream cheese, Dream Whip and powdered sugar.  Add milk and mix on low until well blended.  Spread into graham cracker crust and chill.  Serve with your choice of pie filling.
