Cinnamon Streusel Muffins
Breakfast Casserole
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 oz. hashbrowns
- 1 c. bacon, cooked
- 1 c. sausage, cooked
- 1 c. cheese
- ½ c. green peppers
Mix together all ingredients. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
Fruit Salad
- 1 c. cantaloupe
- 1 c. apples
- 1 c. grapes
- 1 c. banana
- 1 c. strawberries
- 1 ½ c. lemon yogurt
Dice all fruits. Stir together with lemon yogurt.
