Parmesan Chicken
Green Beans
No Bake Cookies

Parmesan Chicken

1/2 Cup Ritz
1/4 T Parmesan, grated
1/4 T garlic salt
1/4 t seasoned salt
4 Chicken Breasts
1/2 C plain yogurt
1/4 C butter

Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic and seasoned salt in a bowl.
(Skin chicken breast if needed) and pat dry with a paper towel
Beat yogurt in a bowl until smooth
Coat each piece of chicken with yogurt, then crumb mixture
put in 9x13'' buttered dish
Drizzle with melted butter
Bake at 350 for 45 min 


No Bake Cookies

1 C Butter
1 C Oatmeal
3/4 C Sugar 
1 T Cocoa
1 t Vanilla 

Make sure butter is soft and mix all of the ingredients together.

Roll into balls and put in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
