Café Rio Chicken Tacos
Lemon Bars

Café Rio Chicken:
1 small bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 T. chili powder
1 T. Cumin
3 cloves garlic (minced)
3 lbs. chicken breast

Directions-
          Cook all together in a crock pot for four hours. Shred meat and cook one additional hour.

Lemon Bars:
Crust-
         1 c. Butter
         1/2 c. powdered sugar
         2 c. Flour
         1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Filling-
         4 Beaten Eggs
         1/4 c. Lemon Juice
         1 tsp. Baking Powder
         2 c. Sugar
         1/4 c. flour
Directions-
         Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9x18 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 Degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown. Mix together filling ingredients and pour them over crust. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
