Chicken Pasta with Spinach and Tomatoes in Garlic Cream Sauce

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pound chicken breast or tenders, cut into chunks
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
5 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 cup cooked spinach
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. rushed red pepper flakes
6 bacon strips, cooked, drained, and chopped
1 1/3 cups half and half
1 1/3 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
10 oz. penne pasta

Cook pasta according to directions.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet.  Season chicken with paprika and Italian seasoning.  Cook in olive oil until no longer pink inside.  Add tomatoes, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes and cooked bacon.  Add half and half and bring to a boil.  Remove from heat, then add parmesan cheese.  Return to heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.  Add cooked pasta and stir.  Garnish with fresh mozzarella and grated parmesan.
