Crusted Chicken

Recipe from Ann Baadsgaard

. 1 cups saltines, crushed
 . 1/4 T parsley flakes
 . 1/8 t salt
 . Milk enough to cover chicken
 . 1 lb. chicken breast, cut into chunks

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour milk in different bowl.  After chicken is cut place a piece in the milk then cover with dry ingredients. Place on greased pan. Amounts may be adjusted according to the amount being served.
