Creamy Garlic Penne Pasta


4 chicken breasts
1 lb.  box Penne pasta
2 Tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer chicken in water until done. Place pasta in boiling water and cook until done.

Melt butter and garlic in a med saucepan; cook for 1 min.  Add flour, cook 1 minute stirring constantly.   Stir in broth and milk and cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens.  Add parsley, salt, pepper and cheese.  Stir until cheese is melted.  Toss pasta and cooked diced chicken with sauce and serve.
