Strawberry Spinach Salad

Recipe from Erin Atkinson

2 packages of baby spinach
1 lb. of strawberries
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
½ cup white sugar
¼ tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
½ cup slivered almonds (toasted with a bit of brown sugar)

Directions:

Mix spinach and strawberries. In another bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. Pour over spinach and strawberries just before serving and sprinkle on almonds.
