Crepes with Berry Sauce and Orange Butter

Fruit Filled Crepes
with Orange Butter
Orange Juice
Crepes
2 cups milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.  Cook on medium high for two minutes.
Fill with fresh strawberries and sliced bananas.  Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Berry Sauce
2 cups frozen berries
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. corn starch

Orange Butter
5 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
