Rocky Road Brownies


Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
instructions:
soften margarine. Stir in other ingredients bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and turn off.
Sprinkle mini marshmallows over top and return to oven for about 5 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy.
Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
¼ cup butter
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 cups powdered sugar

melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add milk and cocoa and bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar. Slowly pour over the marshmallow brownies.
